Herzog & de Meuron and Michel Desvigne Paysagiste have been announced as the winners of the international urban design competition for a new master plan for Ronquoz 21, in Sion, Switzerland. The competition was organized by the Ville de Sion to find a gradual long-term vision for a 60 ha transformation area.

MDP wins the Alzette-Belval cross-border landscape redevelopment project. The project will set up a global and structuring landscape vision for the 8 French communes within the perimeter of the National Interest Operation.

Herzog & de Meuron, in collaboration with Michel Desvigne Paysagiste, Inessa Hansch architect and executive architect Gensler, have revealed designs for a new “Scholars’ Campus” for global think tank the Berggruen Institute to be located in the Santa Monica Mountains overlooking the city of Los Angeles.
