Winner of the competitive dialogue Parc des Aygalades, Marseille

The team led by MDP has won the competitive dialogue launched by Euroméditerranée to develop a 16-hectare green space. An oasis of freshness thanks to the reintroduction of nature on a former railway wasteland, it will primarily serve as a hydraulic regulation tool aimed at reducing the risk of flooding in an area crossed by two rivers. It is scheduled to come into service in 2031.

Winner of the La Cartoucherie eco-neighborhood development project, Toulouse

Our project, “Le parc Habité” (The Inhabited Park), has been selected for the final phase of development of the La Cartoucherie eco-neighborhood. Driven by strong environmental ambitions, this project brings the atmosphere of the neighboring park into the heart of the development: creation of urban forests within the residences, enhancement of biodiversity, 38% open space.

Vers le projet

ESPLANADE Paris-La défense

The Esplanade, a major public space in La Défense business district, is part of the historic axis linking the Louvre, the Tuileries garden (Le Nôtre), the Champs Elysées and the Great Arche. One of the challenges of its requalification as a park will be to preserve the classical character that Dan Kiley gave it in 1972, when he proposed a modern reinvention of the French garden.
