Foster + Partners wins Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Design Competition
The Foster + Partners team has won the competition to design the national memorial honouring Queen Elizabeth II. The winning team features artist Yinka Shonibare CBE and renowned landscape designer Michel Desvigne.

Michel Desvigne : "le parc des Aygalades est peut-être notre premier grand projet du 21ème siècle"
Lauréat en décembre 2024 du dialogue compétitif pour la conception du parc du ruisseau des Aygalades, le paysagiste Michel Desvigne, secondé de Sara Maillefer, évoque pour Cadre de Ville ce projet laboratoire qui va se déployer sur 17 ha de friches industrielles et ferroviaires à la frontière orientale d'Euroméditerranée II. La transformation en parc paysager de l'ancienne gare de triage du Canet, dont l'EPA afinalisé l'acquisition en mars dernier, vise à résoudre, "dans une pratique vernaculaire", une équation complexe, croisant des enjeux hydrauliques, écologiques et urbains.
