Winner of the competition for the development of public spaces in the ZAC La Molette, Le Blanc-Mesnil

MDP and its team will transform this former industrial district into a 7-hectare “Park-Garden,” to which will be added a 10-hectare network of planted structural and secondary roads and 16.4 hectares of private spaces. This collection of green spaces will form a dual landscape framework that unifies the neighborhood: a naturalistic framework parallel to the Rû de la Molette stream and a more functional, linear framework connecting the site to its surroundings.
