GES-2 House of culture opening: a former thermal power plant transformed by the architect Renzo Piano, on the banks of the Moskova River. The garden designed by MDP is partitioned into two distinct entities: a large lawn, functioning as a sort of forecourt to the museum; and a wooded area of birch trees, whose dense planting recalls traditional Russian landscapes.
