As part of the competitive dialogue on the design of a large 17-hectare urban park in the heart of Marseille, EPA Euroméditerranée selected the consortium composed of Michel Desvigne (lead partner) and his collaborators: Egis Villes et Transports, Confluences, STOA / Encore Heureux architects, Oasiis, Cabinet Le Masters, BOA, Des Signes Graphiques, Sonia Lavandinho, CARVE, Catherine Ducatillon, and the association Le bureau des guides du GR30.

The four teams selected to work on the redevelopment of the cathedral's surroundings were announced on September 27 by the Mayor of Paris, following an international consultation launched in the spring of 2021.
